This was an architecturally designed 60's house that had been renovated several times. Unfortunately the renovations had not done the house any favours and they had to be removed so we could start with a blank canvas and bring the 60's architectural vision into the 2020s.

The house was entirely renovated, with no space being untouched including the garden. The house now has 5 bedrooms including a Master Suite with Ensuite and Dressing Room and a Guest Bedroom room with Bathroom and the Kids Bedrooms Wing has a  bathroom and Living Space.

The rear of the house is open plan living that opens onto a Terrace. The Terrace overlooks the garden and the pool beyond.

The owner was the builder, so this project was a true labour of love. The interiors were also completed by the owner.
