Rose Park House

This stunning old villa had been added onto several times. It was tired and in need of a substantial over hall.

The old additions were removed to make way for a spacious and open plan rear living addition including a large entertaining area connected to the new pool and extensive side gardens.

There is a clear distinction between old and new with a steel framed glass door that defines the old villa from the new addition.

The Kitchen conceals a Butler's Pantry behind with a timber clad door. The Pantry houses renovated stairs to the old cellar and a Study Nook. The Kitchen opens onto the Outdoor Entertaining area with steel bi-fold windows. A seamless transition for entertaining. The bi-fold doors from the Dining area also open onto the Outdoor area.

The living area has a corner view and doors that retract fully to open onto a side garden where the kids play. The Living space connects to a Powder Room and Laundry via a central Mud Room.

This Mud room links to the Outside and also the renovated Garage and Guest Suite.

The Garage was retained to the rear of the property and was transformed from a cathedral style to a modern barn Garage and Guest Retreat overlooking the pool.
