Unley House

The original part of this villa had already been meticulously renovated by the owners. They had a clear sense of style and  aesthetic, so the brief was to extend that aesthetic into a new addition and create a larger living and entertaining space overlooking a pool.

The addition included the creation of a Master Suite with a new Dressing Room and Ensuite drenched in light from the skylight over the shower.

A Mud Room from the side Carport leads past the Laundry and Butler's Pantry into the open plan Kitchen area that opens onto the Outdoor Entertaining area and pool creating a seamless transition between the indoors and the outdoors.

The Living space also overlooks the beautiful pool which at night shimmers with lighting.

A stair clad with a black metal balustrade leads to the new basement which houses a media room and cellar.

A rear Garage and pool allows for future expansion of kids zones and also additional parking for teenage kids.

The owners sense of style is clearly evident and made this project a joy to create and finally realise with the build.
