Beach house meets city house...this project combines both into one. Set on the sea front at Marino, this house takes advantage of 2 blocks. From the driveway the house appears as single storey. A bunker like front facade disguises the house beyond and hints at glimpses of the view. Only upon arrival through the front door does the true expanse of the view reveal itself.

Materiality at its purest, this house combines robust materials such as concrete and glass to allow the view to take centre stage.
